What we collect

When you order or create an account we collect your name, email, phone number, delivery or service address, order details and (if you tell us) pet information needed for a service. If you use "autofill from SteadFast" and approve it, we receive the address you choose to share.

Why, and our legal basis

To take and deliver your order and provide services (contract); to keep accounting records (legal obligation); to prevent fraud and keep the site secure (legitimate interests); to send marketing email only if you ticked the box (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

Who gets it

SteadFast (payment processing), couriers and service providers who deliver your order or perform your service, our email and hosting providers, and professional advisers. We do not sell your data.

How long

Order and accounting records for 6 years; account data until you delete your account; marketing consent until withdrawn.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, and object to processing, by emailing hello@petsstuff.online. You can delete your account in your account. You can complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie) or your local authority.
