1. Who we are

These terms apply to purchases from www.petsstuff.online made with Pets Stuff. By placing an order you agree to them.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where it applies. You can pay in other supported currencies; the amount is converted at the rate shown at checkout. A previous price shown crossed out is the price the item was recently sold at.

3. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer. We accept it when payment is confirmed and we send you an order confirmation email. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or a service is not available.

4. Payment

Payments are taken by our payment provider, SteadFast, on its own secure page. We do not see or store your card details.

5. Services

Booked services are provided with reasonable care and skill. You must tell us about your pet's health, behaviour and any medication. We may refuse or stop a service if a pet or the premises are unsafe.

6. Subscriptions

A subscription renews each period (for example monthly). Before each renewal we email an invoice and payment link. If an invoice is not paid after the grace period shown on it, the subscription is cancelled.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

8. Law and disputes

Irish law applies and Irish courts have jurisdiction, without taking away protections you have under the law of your country of residence. EU consumers can also use the EU online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
